This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The upstairs loft boasts a queen bed, day bed, and writing desk. Downstairs you will enjoy our slate-bed billiards table, X-box, and game area.

The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven nestled on a mountain top15 min from Cooperstown, 25 minutes to Dreams Park, and 40 minutes to All star village. Immaculate, quiet, peaceful rescue farm.
