Lovely, private guest house in the middle of an avocado orchard with swimming pool & hot tub & spectacular views of the Channel Islands. Sunsets are unbelievable! Feels like you're in the Tuscan hills of Italy with an ocean view in the distance. Tranquil & secluded yet only 10 minutes from Camarillo Airport & the Camarillo Outlet stores, 20 minutes to beaches, 30 minutes to Malibu, 45 minutes to Santa Barbara, 1 hour North of Los Angeles. One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. A tree house nestled within an orange and avocado orchard and surprisingly close to L.A. We're a working farm with chickens, goats, ducks and other animals. Dogs and cats will greet you upon arrival. We usually have seasonal fruits and vegetables to pick and you'll have plenty of privacy and serenity to relax and enjoy.
