Well stocked kitchen, and luxury bath. Walk downtown, or if planning to stay in, our place offers SmartTV and WIFI. Buffalo Park and extensive trail system 4 blocks away! Snowbowl ski resort 30 minutes, Grand Canyon 75 minutes, Sedona 40 min. from our door. Perfect base for your N. AZ. Adventure!

Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.
