We loved this place. The place was clean, spacious, and really felt like home. Owners are friendly and very responsive. Plenty of street parking plus two cars fit easily in the driveway. I would want to stay here again.

Enjoyed staying here with our pup. It was a beautiful and modernly decorated home, very clean. Excellent check in instructions. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and large. Highly recommend if you need a place in the Greensboro, W-S area.

My daughter and I loved our comfortable, quiet stay at Patricia's house. The kitchen is wonderful, and the backyard was in full bloom! We enjoyed beautiful walks around nearby Salem College area. The house is so well taken care of, and Patricia had a great notebook of resources and recommendations for anything we would possibly need. We'd love to stay here again!

This home was perfect for our needs as we were back & forth at the nearby hospital. I booked at the very last minute (day of) & I’m so grateful bc we preferred a home together vs a hotel. We liked sitting on the back porch & listening to the birds while catching up. We used the kitchen for cooking our breakfast & it was fully equipped. She provided the coffee! We’d recommend this cute home to stay

The home for our 6 guests easily and comfortably. Kismet had clean towels and washcloths for each guest in each bed, making it very easy to find. The basic kitchen essentials were all there including a coffee pot, coffee and filters. The road in front of the house was a little noisy but it did not disrupt our sleep. Overall, we had a nice stay here.

Cozy home with all the family-friendly amenities you need, located in a quiet neighborhood. One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. Lots of attention to detail in the well stocked kitchen and bath. Cute decor - Very welcoming and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and worked us in at the last minute.

Home was just as described. Close to the exit to get on the main highway and be where we needed in 10 min or less. But also just far enough that it was peaceful and we got great rest after long days. Home was just as described. Clean and easy to get checked in and out. Would definitely stay there again. 3 rooms and nice living room and kitchen area. In peaceful neighborhood. We loved this place and plan on coming again. It doesn’t have a kitchen (but a microwave, small fridge, along with provided coffee, waters, and snacks), but we just brought some cold stuff to warm up for breakfast and enjoyed local coffee shops and restaurants. This is in the basement, so not really windows, but we enjoyed the cozy feel and she has everything there you need. The only thing to note is that the thermostat is not in the Airbnb but upstairs with her. She is very responsive to change it to your liking, but you just aren’t able to go set it to a certain temperature or even change it yourself throughout the day. But we loved the place and will be back again :)

First, Justin is great to work with. He answered all my questions very quickly. The home is in a good quaint, beautiful, and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great stay from beginning to end. The home is immaculate! Modern, great lighting, cozy and comfortable. I’m big on home decor and atmosphere and that home was out of a magazine. The home is in excellent condition, pristine cleanliness, and provides all of the modern amenities. In addition Justin provided items that not all Airbnb’s provide, especially within the kitchen (yes even seasonings). Without a doubt I will be booking again with Justin and this home. Great location and central to everything. I recommend this home to anyone staying in Winston Salem or surrounding areas.

We loved loved loved our stay. I was impressed with the kitchen. Nice pans, with decent seasonings we were able to make an easter dinner no problem. The couch was large and inviting. The house was perfect for our stay. One could easily walk to downtown and the bars nearby but still had quiet privacy. 11/10 recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my seven-day stay at Emiliya's cozy apartment and highly recommend it! This cute and comfortable space was exactly as pictured in the photos, and I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to rest and enjoy the day. The location was also a big plus, with a great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Emiliya was an excellent host, providing outstanding communication throughout my stay. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor made me feel very welcome. Overall, this apartment was a fantastic value and contributed greatly to my enjoyable trip.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

Another great stay at this property! The host is wonderful-very responsive. The condo is clean, clutter free, and in a great location with walking trails nearby. Check in and out was very easy. Exactly as advertised, and I look forward to staying her again in the near future.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!
