The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Nestled in Maryville, TN with 13 acres of beautiful landscaping with mountain views. Easy access to Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, Dollywood, and the Foothills Parkway. Come enjoy our cabin surrounded by the woods on 10 private acres. Keep an eye out for the deer and other wildlife that frequently visit the property. This cabin is perfect for many types of guests: family get-aways, work trips, city escapes, etc. Conveniently located right off Pellissippi, you are only 15mins from both sides of Knoxville (15mins to UT) as well as downtown Maryville. Also less than 10min drive to the airport. Short walk through the woods to Tenn River viewing point.

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

In the vibrant Bearden Area, 5 miles from UT, 6 miles downtown, 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 1 hour from Dollywood. Enjoy the fire-pit, hot tub, king beds and huge screened-in porch before you hit downtown, or never leave and sink into the high quality beds. Family friendly, stocked kitchen and amenities galore. We are so happy you found us!

North Cove Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.

Come relax in our slice of the woods. We call it Camp Olio, a log cabin with lots of charm. Located on a few acres of mostly wooded land, it has that mountain cabin feel, but in an incredibly convenient location. You're only 13 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains and close to the Foothills Pkwy, Townsend, Knoxville, Maryville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. It's a cozy spot with a patio dining area, hot tub, fire pits, porch swing, and hammocks.
