Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäckerei, Alnatura, Rewe, DM, Apotheke, etc.) sowie diverse Restaurants und Wassersport-Angebote sind mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark vor dem Haus und einen schönen Fahrradweg am Schwarzbach entlang.
