Our duplex apartment is centrally located on Main St. in the middle of downtown Northampton. Steps away from restaurants, nightclubs, museums, galleries, theaters, and Smith College. Park your car and spend your day exploring our beautiful little city. You'll be staying in a sunny, spacious, private bedroom with high ceilings and windows overlooking Main St. Downstairs is an airy kitchen and living room. Central A/C & Heat. Wifi. FYI, we do have a shy kitty. Extra blanket, pillows are in room

Spacious second floor bedroom with private bathroom, and sitting room. Near area colleges. On-site parking, separate entrance, overlooking lovely New England lake. Located on quiet side street near area colleges, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy local cultural and and sports events. For safety reasons, we do not offer water access, but there is a town beach right next door if you want to swim or rent a paddle boat, or fish from that shoreline. Guests are welcome to relax on our beachfront.

Suite 23 - Spacious Sunny 2-BR with Mountain view

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

If you like a secluded spot, you will be happy here with us and we will respect your privacy. The entrance is the only shared space. No cleaning fee.

Stunning 2nd floor studio (limited kitchenette with easy to prepare Breakfast foods provided) close to Northampton, Smith and the Five Colleges, scenic drive to the Berkshires, one mile to the Snow Farm and just minutes to Valley View Farm. Lovely space & private deck overlooking perennial gardens & wildlife wandering by. Perfect stop when traveling through Western Mass, touring local colleges or a trip to enjoy the music, museums and restaurants in the Pioneer Valley and Berkshires.

A patio, complete with a sitting area (seasonally) that offers views of Mount Sugarloaf. Situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac, the property offers a calm environment. The apartment is independent living from the main house, with a shared patio. Park directly in front of the apartment's entrance.

Unique People & Pet-Welcoming Haven

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Hill-Ross Guest Suite

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Our place is on a gravel road on a serene lake. You’ll love the tranquility - not far from city life, but ideal to just relax. This secluded summer spot includes… -kayaks for exploring, and -a paddle boat for relaxing on the water. There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families.
