The Carriage House

Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The Historic Garfield Inn

Historic log cabin circa 1840 moved to property June 2020. Take a step back in time with furniture and decor to match the cabin’s time period. Located between two houses in newly formed Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park. It is a 10 minute walk to the main part of downtown and other historic tour sites. Adjoins Early American gift shop called Sassafras Creek Originals which is housed in the circa 1850 Brooks house. Close to wineries, biking and hiking.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Coffee shop across the street and within walking distance to downtown Belleville and fairgrounds. Scott Air Force base is 8 miles away. Both memorial hospitals less than 10 miles away making this great for traveling professionals. There is a train that runs nearby through every night around 10:30, for those with children that are light sleepers this might not be a good fit.
