By car, it is located 5 minutes away from the city centre, 5 minutes away from the beach of Agios Ioannis and 3 minutes away from the nearest Supermarkets and Gas Stations. Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, are 12 and 20 minutes away repsectively. It can host up to 4 people.

The house is located in the historic city center, 100m from the central pedestrian road and the main square. It is located next to the church of "Panagia ton Xenon" and almost next to the Public Library. Behind the house is a charming labyrinth of narrow streets leading to neighborhoods of the old town with characteristic houses, examples of its particular architecture. 200 meters far, there is the municipal parking area and main road of restaurants, cafés and bars.
