The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

Zu vermieten ist eine urige, abgelegene Almhütte (Aste), fast 400 Jahre alt, in etwa 1300 Meter Seehöhe. Sie liegt in Nordtirol, im Süden des Inntals in der Silberregion Karwendel am Fuße der Tuxer Alpen mit dem Gilfert, Hirzer und Wildofen. Eine phantastische Aussicht entschädigt den einfachen Standard ohne Badezimmer. Die Südwest-Lage ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Bergwanderungen in der Silberregion Karwendel oder für Skitouren in das legendäre Gebiet um den Gilfert im Westen des Zillertals.

You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung "Bergkristall" in unserem Appartement Spieljoch in Fügen ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für den Aktivurlaub zum Skifahren, Biken oder Wandern im Zillertal. Die Gemeinschafts-Sauna (lt. Öffnungszeiten) und der Gemeinschaft-Garten laden zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Unser Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre und herrlichen Bergblick liegt im Grünen und dennoch zentral, nur ca. 300 m von der Spieljochbahn und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in 1098m Höhe

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
