The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The Little Garden Pod is your own independent private oasis set at the rear of a beautiful established garden It’s a heavily insulated bedroom with HD Google TV, Netflix, WiFi, Split system, Ikea Poang chair & Queen size Murphy bed which converts into a wall mounted breakfast table/desk. Perfect as a base for a few nights while in town for work or to simply enjoy exploring the area. The view from the pod is a lovely established garden. Access is external via the driveway & garden

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
