В съседство се намира също Централната градска библиотека и катедралниая храм "Рождество Богородично". В непосредствена близост са крепоста "Царевец" , църквите "Св. 40 мъченици" , "Св. св. Петър и Павел", и други исторически забележителности.

Къща РОДЕН БАЛКАН е нашата основно ремонтирана столетница. Тя е от възрожденския период на България и е на възраст от над 150 години. Къщата е запазила духа на старото време съчетано с нужните удобства на настоящето. Първия етаж е мястото за споделени мигове с приятели. На тежка маса или на мека мебел до камината в компанията на хубав филм и чаша вино. На втория етаж са спалните за нашите гости. Имаме 3 двойни стаи, които ползват две бани и едно студио за 4 човека със самостоятелна баня.
