No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! Half mile to Geneva's vibrant downtown with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive). 1 mile to gorgeous Seneca Lake, walking trails and Finger Lakes Welcome Center.
