The traditional Italian farmhouse lies within the vineyard landscape of the Piedmont, a Unesco world heritage site. The Barn was kept as a large open space, hosting the kitchen, living and dining area. The 15-meters long window defines the transition between the inner and outside landscape while leaving the old brick pillars exposed. The kitchen is equipped with a Gaggenau oven and stove, 2 refrigerators ensuring cool drinks at all times and 2 dish washers for a swift clean up. The large indoor table as well as the one on the connecting terrace easily sits 12-14 guests each. Upon request we can organize for a personal chef to come up to the house to cook for larger groups. Please get in touch with us for more information and availability. The 6 en-suite bedrooms offer a contemporary design based on simplicity. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower while one of the rooms, our Suite, has an additional bathtub. This room can easily function as a family room in which case we are happy to provide a baby cot / crib or additional single beds. The outside space offers many hidden areas to find some quiet time when on holiday with larger groups. The courtyard with its many flower islands has a gravel surface perfect for that evening game of Boccia while enjoying your aperetivo. On the opposite side of the Barn you’ll find a field of over 200 lavender plants, several pergolas and a lovely stone patio to enjoy the last ray of sunshine. No matter where you choose to relax, the entire property offers stunning views of the vineyards and on certain days even a glimpse of the snow covered alps. A rustic stone staircase leads down to the salt water infinity pool. Embedded within the surrounding landscape this magical place needs no further introduction. Last but not least, a small wooden gate leads directly from the property into the vineyards from where you can enjoy a beautiful walk to the top of the hill where a romantic little chapel awaits you. A short drive (10-15 min) into the Valley you’ll find the two towns of Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. Especially Santo Stefano offers a selection of supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants. Truffle hunters will be happy to hear that the city of Alba and its famous truffle market is only a 30 minutes drive away. If you wish to escape the beautiful landscape of the langhe hills then the Ligurian Sea or the historical city of Turin can both be reached just under an hour. The ancient Roman city Acqui Terme with it’s famous thermal springs is also only a 35 min drive away and if you want to treat yourself to a world class spa treatment then the 5 star hotel Relais San Maurizio with its Michelin star restaurant is just on the other side of our hill or a short 10 min drive. La villa est entourée d'un parc privé et la rénovation vient d'être achevée, avec un confort maximal : système photovoltaïque, chargement de voitures et de vélos électriques. À l'extérieur, de vastes espaces sont disponibles. Chaque étage est autonome et dispose de cuisines modernes, de salles de bains, de salons et de salles à manger. Le grenier dispose de deux salles de bains et de deux chambres communicantes. La terrasse offre un panorama incomparable, dans le cadre du patrimoine de l'Unesco.

Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Tramonti spettacolari, silenzi rigeneranti e una piscina che ti invita a lasciarti andare. Non è solo una vacanza ma un esperienza di puro benessere da vivere.

With 3 floors, four bedrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor retreat area including a spacious swimming pool and barbeque area, it is the perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation for 1 or more families, or a group of friends, during the summer months or during truffle season! The pool is open May -Sep. Oct subject to weather conditions.

Elle a deux jardins séparés et clôturés, avec une piscine privée, tous à l'usage exclusif des invités et est entouré de champs, de potagers, de bois et de vignes.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

[Il Tiglio] All'ombra del tiglio, c'è il bosco

Ad Arzello, a pochi chilometri da Acqui Terme, c'è una casa con un grande tiglio davanti. Da quell'albero prende il nome. Il piano terra è tutto per te: soggiorno con cucina, due camere, bagno, dispensa e giardino con posto auto coperto. Fuori dalla porta partono sentieri per mountain bike e passeggiate, il fiume è vicino, il silenzio è quello vero della campagna piemontese. Self check-in semplice, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffè. Per chi vuole staccare davvero.
