From start to finish - hands down - best experience. If I could give Lorie alone more than 10 stars, I would! From the very generous cancellation policy, to the clear and accurate listing description, to the immaculately clean and well furnished rental, to the almost instant responses whenever we had a question, to the simple, no-fuss check-out instructions… 10/10 would recommend and will be back! This rental checked all the boxes for us. The view was out of this world and the star gazing at night was a close 2nd. The pool table, indoor pool, and arcade games got lots of use by kids, parents and grandparents. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were clean and included plush towels and nicely scented body wash and shampoo/conditioner sets. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed dinner on the deck almost every night of our stay. Lorie did not miss a detail. We had everything we needed and more. Wildluxe Haven - worth every penny!

This cabin is PERFECT for families with children! We took a trip with another couple and had two newborns and a two and three year old. They adored the slide and climbing wall while the adults played the golf game and pool. There were also pack and plays and a high chair that were so convenient. The location is perfect — so close to town and Dollywood. The parking is also great with no steep hills for a driveway. We enjoyed the open floor plan, hot tub, large spacious bedrooms, and big table for games at night. There is also a lot of privacy and view of the woods off the porches. The host is very kind and responsive, and went above and beyond for us. We made so many awesome memories at this cabin and cannot wait to return and make it a tradition!

We spent our Spring Break at Emily & Jason's home. So many options in the area, but I really appreciated their quick and friendly communication. You will want for nothing. Not only is the area so vibrant with activities, but the home also has so many special touches that you could just spend the entire vacation lounging and enjoying the many amenities. When we booked, we weren't aware of the public pool, so this was just such an added bonus. Honestly, we didn't even use the pool or hot tub at the house because the amenities in the public space were so nice. A pickleball court, lazy river, splash park, 2 large hot tubs, and a movie screen. We spent 2 entire days of the vacation utilizing this beautiful outdoor space. Emily & Jason were super quick to respond with any issues and made it very easy to want for nothing. This is a home that you will undoubtedly enjoy!

This property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. the location was easy to access and close to grocery stores, hikes and plenty to do. The views were immaculate, and their amenities were well thought out, chargers in every room, and well stocked bathrooms and bedrooms for example. The cabin was spotless and had an abundance of space for cooking, eating and lounging as a group. I absolutely recommend this property as you will have plenty to do and plenty of space to do it. The photos dont do justice how beautiful this property is.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin suited our needs well and the kids loved all the features. The cabin was easy to find, no issues with the roads to the cabin and only a short drive into town. The host even gave pretravel recommendations including a grocery store nearby to stock the fridge for our stay.

This place is beautiful. I highly recommend it! It’s tucked away in a peaceful location with stunning views, yet still conveniently close to all the parks. We loved all the amenities and had a wonderful stay. When we come back to Gatlinburg, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great stay! House was incredible, especially the very comfy movie theatre room and the outdoor patio. The hosts were so responsive throughout as well.

Check in was easy and the location was a quick drive to the main sites. Communication was excellent and check out instructions and trash placement were clear. My only suggestion would be that the kitchen only had the exact number of plates for the 10 people staying so we had no extra plates to serve the food while being cooked and had to go purchase disposable trays. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked including a griddle for pancakes! Game room and theater were a hit with the kids and who doesn’t love a hot tub overlooking the mountains. We will definitely come back in the future.

The views were beautiful. House was very clean. We were coming from NY and weren't sure what time we would arrive. I sent a message and asked what time we could get in but didn't receive a reply. We just killed time ( about 2 hrs) until check in at 4pm.

We enjoyed our stay here and everything was as described. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond with recommendations and resolving the minor issues we did have. Enjoyed it!

The cabin was very clean and set up well. Only problem I had was there wasn’t a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom like the photos show. Other than that Jazmin was very responsive and made sure we had everything for our stay. She also sent cheek up messages to see if everything was going great. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This mountain house was perfect for our family reunion. Beds are comfortable, place is clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates, and pans. It is close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions that area has. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Very responsive host. Ajay/tiyashi were prompt and thoughtful. We had some questions about the hot tub which ajay got on the phone right away to help us through. Location is mid mountain in chalet village. View of trees. Property is as pictured - rustic charm, cozy and warm for 8 of us including 4 kids who enjoyed the pool table, arcade and foosball, not to mention the theater. Layout of theater area right next to kitchen is not ideal. Bottom floor is spacious master bedroom and top floor is pitched roof with high ceiling. Middle floor height bit low. Great property and would come back again. Recommend!

A very great place to stay the host was extremely accommodating. 10 min drive to the main strip. The view was amazing and the pictures on the site didn't do justice. Very welcoming location and atmosphere. I would recommend this to any family that needs a getaway. I look forward to booking with them in the future.

Our trip was planned very, very last minute but it was beyond perfect. The cabin was exactly as described and it was clean and spacious. The hosts communicated with us immediately and the whole check in process was the easiest thing ever. The area surrounding the cabin was super quiet even though there are plenty of cabins around. The views are SUPERB! I would definitely stay with Chelsea and Dan again! If you stay with them you will get the best views, friendly and helpful hosts and the relaxing vacation you are no doubt looking for!

Our family had an absolutely amazing time! The kids were in heaven with the pool and tvs in every room. The house was pristine! Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Instructions were super clear and left room for zero questions and zero fuss for us. Just walk in, and relax! Or go out and have endless adventures! There’s so much to do nearby, but you feel like you are tucked away from it all at the cabin. They even had the lights timed to be on the balcony to welcome us after a day of hiking and play. We would DEFINITELY stay again. The whole family and grandparents were comfortable. Everyone had plenty of space to separate and also enjoy some time together. Thanks for the fun game of Yahtzee with mimosas! This is the stuff family memories are made of so we appreciate you sharing this beautiful space. We didn’t see any bears but saw squirrels, bunnies, beautiful birds and abundant stunning views. Everything was well stocked above and beyond other places we have stayed- Loved every moment!

Stayed here for 4 days and we didn’t see anything wrong with the place! It was such a lovely trip to Pigeon Forge. My family and I were very pleased with the stay and would totally recommend this since it’s close to the attractions. The place is very clean and tidy! The hosts are very accommodating and communication was never a problem as they reply right away! a 10/10.

Completely last-minute trip to Pigeon Forge. This is a beautiful home especially if you have kids this is the top-of-the-line home. The kids had so much fun. The cabin was well kept and had an amazing view. There was ample space for the eight of us without feeling crowded. Cleanliness, how spacious it was and the attention to detail, very family friendly. We would recommend staying at this home! We loved it and would certainly stay again!

We recently celebrated my niece's 7th birthday at this wonderful cabin, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners truly care about their guests. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from decorations to thoughtful amenities. The cabin itself was cozy and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect setting for family gatherings. Our niece loved the pool. The hospitality we received made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create cherished memories together. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning for future family occasions. The house was exactly as described. Beautiful cabin with all of the accommodations that we were hoping for! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything to prepare meals for the family with ease. Our children loved the pool, arcade machines and the theater. I reached out to Chris about the keypad and received an immediate response. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shell Mountain Splash! With four kids 7-10 this was perfect for our two families! The kids loved the pool and had plenty of room to play and spread out. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we think we probably had the best view on the mountain! The beds were very comfortable, everything we were promised was there. The windy roads take a bit to get used to and our husbands were able to navigate the hill to the cabin on motorcycles with some patience and persistence. We do wonder if lower vehicles can safely enter the driveway as it is very steep and did have some scape marks so beware if your car sits lower to the ground. Definitely recommend overall!

Todd + Emily were wonderful hosts!!! We had issues with the original cabin we were supposed to be in, within 5 minutes of reaching out to Todd + Emily they approved us to stay at their cabin! They also let us in early due to the situation which we so appreciated! They were in communication with us all weekend making sure everything was going smoothly! Would 100000/10 recommend!
