It is steps from Joe's Place, Goblin Custom Cycle, and Firehouse Winery. Stay at this cozy cottage with ample parking which is minutes from Geneva State Park & Marina. Go to the beach, go fishing, rent a golf cart, or just walk the strip and eat, drink, or shop!

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos. Laundry facilities available.

A Parrot Key Cottage is located in the heart of Geneva-On-The-Lake. Our newly renovated Modern Contemporary Air Conditioned Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, living room which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living area has a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Washer and dryer available, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
