Alle Ferienwohnungen sind barrierefrei und weitestgehend für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Direkt am Nymphenburger Schlosspark gelegen, ermöglicht es den Gästen auch zu Fuß erholsame Freizeitstunden zu verbringen. Zum Shopping sind die Pasing Arcaden sowie die Innenstadt schnell per Bus, Tram oder S-Bahn zu erreichen. Auch am Oktoberfest oder in der Allianz Arena ist man öffentlich oder mit dem Auto sehr schnell.
