It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach.
