Ertan bey yurtdisinda tatilde olmasina ragmen gayet ilgiliydi. Girdigimiz zaman temizlik konusunda biraz sikinti yasadik ancak Ertan bey sorunu hemen giderdi. Manzara gayet guzeldi, bulundugumuz bolgede restaurantlar ve barlar yakindi. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik.

The house itself is really nice and clean. The outside area is well-maintained. Pool is clean and doesn’t smell of chlorine - kids loved it! The beds were comfortable, and showers were powerful. Each bedroom has a balcony; all are en-suite except for the ground-floor room, which has a bathroom with a shower next door. We tried to use the sauna, and Firat kindly provided instructions, but it didn’t get warm enough. The only downside is that the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. With three young kids, we had evening meals at home and used the kitchen. While there are enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses, some basics are missing—like oven mitts, kitchen towels, wine glasses. I would also provide washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and some water for those who arrive late and without car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it’s excellent value for money. Firat was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden, super kommunikation und sehr zuverlässig, Villa entspricht den Bildern. Wir kamen verspätet in der Unterkunft an, trotzdem lief alles reibungslos und ohne stress oder Probleme mit dem Vermieter ab. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, über vergessenes Eigentum beim Check- Out wird man direkt informiert und findet einen Lösungsweg. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter und würden selber auch nochmal dahin kommen.

Die Suit ist wunderschön, sauber und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist toll, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. zur Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten. Ein Auto ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit dort verbracht.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Villa Nilla was fabulous. Mehmet went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We travelled with 2 children under 3 and Mehmet arranged a second cot at short notice when one of the available cots was too small for the baby. We were welcomed in the villa by fresh fruit, milk, bread, wine and lots of chocolate. The villa is the best stocked (toiletries, oils, coffee, water) airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. We travelled in early April and the weather wasn’t that hot so the heated pool was amazing and allowed our young children to enjoy the water, even when the outside temp was only 18/19c. The baths were also great and our toddler loved the bubbles! The villa itself was clean and the view (particularly from upstairs) is beautiful. We have been to Kalkan many times and loved being back in the area. We loved seeing Kas and Patara beach also. I would recommend this villa!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

We loved everything about this villa from the location to the responsive and friendly hosts! We stayed an entire month and absolutely loved the area - its very residential and on a quiet street. The property is amazing with lots of room inside the villa and so many beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. A very easy, short walk to the beach with a beautiful promenade and so many restaurants. Super close to the grocery store as well. We loved seeing snow capped mountains from many windows in the home as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets from the upper patio in the evening. The host and her husband were amazing. It is nice to have them close by in case you need anything. We had one minor issue with the oven and they came immediately to check it out and fix it. The host even kindly brought us some delicious homemade turkish desserts from their family gathering, as we were there over Byram. Very nice people and place. Will definitely stay again. Bensu hanım harika bir ev sahibi. Ev tamamen fotoğraflardaki gibi hatta daha güzeldi. Bensu hanım bizi çok güzel çiçeklerle karşıladı. Ev tertemiz, ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü.Havuz tertemizdi. Havuz ve bahçe düzenli temizlendi. Çalış plajına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede. Etrafta çok yakında her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek karşılayabileceğiniz market.. vb var. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Bir daha Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kesinlikle tek kalacağımız yer. Her şey için çok çok teşekkürler 🙏🏻

Gülen Hanım çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev çok tatlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ayrıca ev Kalkan’ın en güzel sitesinin içinde. Sitede kullanabileceğiniz 2 havuz ve kendine ait bir denize girme alanı var. Site içi ücretsiz ulaşım aracı da mevcut. Çok rahat ettiğimizi ve keyifli bir hafta geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Kalkan’a gelirsem yeniden burada kalmak isterim. Her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Villa sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es sollten ein paar kleinere Renovierungen gemacht werden. Die Auffahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, weil sie so steil ist, aber nach ein paar Fahrten fällt es nicht mehr auf. Die Umgebung ist total schön, einen Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, damit man schnell nach Dalaman, Ortaca und den ganzen schönen Stränden der Umgebung gelangt.

Really nice appartment. Super view from the terrasse over the habour and the mountains. Everything was in perfect condition and super clean. Only 10 Minuten to walk to Fethje oldtown . Birol was a perfect host. Very friendly and helpful. Communication in Englisch was easy. We are glad to stay there and in case we will visit Fethje again, we would rent the same Appartement. 😀
