Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town. This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.
