(1 mile), Cal campus (1 mile), Gourmet Ghetto (world-class cuisine), Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Berkeley Marina (1.5 miles). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We have 2 queen size beds including one in a relaxing loft space

Lovely, cozy studio in beautiful Victorian

Cozy flat in safe, quiet residential neighborhood. 10-minute walk to N. Berkeley BART, .9 miles to NW corner of campus, close to restaurants & shops downtown, on Fourth St., Solano Ave., College Ave., just about everything you need. Please don't book if you have allergies to cats! They don't go downstairs now but used to. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it!

There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. We have have Hepa filters in the apartment to ensure cleanliness and maximize environmental safety.

Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station.
