It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

The place is really comfortable, with freshly renewed space with authentic style and decorations, beautiful location, terrace that is amazing place for evening drink and morning coffee. Also there are bicycles to rent at the place, though everything is really close to the apartment. Free parking during the stay included. Place is romantic and will suit for couples, couples with child, adventurers...

Vila Anka

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.
