We make off-grid living luxurious with high end bedding, fresh bread & eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Over 700 ft of private shoreline offers a unique opportunity to experience the Pemigewasset River. The shallow riverbank offers accessibility to most guests. 3 kayaks are available for even more fun! The expansive backyard is perfect for yard games, to lounge in the shade of the trees or to toast marshmallows at the fire pit. With 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths guests have ample space to call their own. All living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings to ensure your comfort!

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

My home is close to Mount Washington, Bretton Woods, golf, skiing, hiking, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my home because it is a beautiful secluded log cabin located in a peaceful mountain setting. You will not see another home or passing traffic. Spectacular views of the 9th and 13th tallest mountains in the Northeast. Couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids) are welcome. Have a campfire under the stars. Come and enjoy this special place.

Gorgeous canvas bell tent in secluded setting, outfitted with luxuriously dressed queen memory foam bed, pillows, table, lighting, chairs, outdoor patio set + hammocks. Coffee and tea with cream & sugar avail all day. We provide drinking water, a cooler to use, everything but your clothes and meals (except breakfast, we have that covered!) *Solo Stove for a private Glampsite fire available to rent for $50/night, all wood provided. We have the amazing Gunstock mountain for all kinds of summer activities as well as skiing and tubing and biggest arcade around along with delicious seafood and other restaurants. We have put our creativity in renovating the house to make it as cozy and homey as if you were at your own.
