Welcome to “Hickory Hills”, often referred to as Grandma’s house, located off the beaten path in a relaxing country community at the foot of the Clinch Mountains. A short 8 minute drive to our beautiful Cherokee Lake; 35 minutes to Knoxville and UT; easy day trip to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and an hours drive to Historic Cumberland Gap for hiking, spelunking, or a drive through the 1 mile tunnel under the mountain. I will have a book of info for many local places that are fun to explore.

This is a beautiful condo in a gated community overlooking Cherokee lake. It’s amazingly peaceful and serene with beautiful views of the lake, mountains and lake life. Yet, there are lots of fun things to do, like boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, golf and disc golf to name a few. There is a pool onsite and a marina right next door. You are surrounded by great local restaurants and Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains are within easy driving distance.
