We have been coming to King Island for over 20 years so know it well. We must say that the most recent opening of LEGS Italian Restaurant is an absolute must. The venue along with lovely service and beautiful food provided us with a great experience. Thanks Ian, Ann and Chef Amy for a memorable evening. These people deserve to succeed. They are a wonderful addition to Lucinda’s Wild Harvest at Grassy, her restaurant at the Boomerang Motel and Oleada in Currie. No shortage of high quality dining. Where to even begin! Deborah and Adrian were incredibly friendly, proactive, informative and accommodating hosts. They made us feel right at home before we even arrived, and they were quick to respond to any inquiry we had and were extremely generous. The moment you enter the property, you're greeted with a wave of calmness and warmth, followed by time slowing completely down as you enter the house and your eyes are assaulted by big windows, exposed wood and an ocean view to die for. The space speaks to you and for me said "Welcome, slow down and be at one with the space and nature that surrounds you". The house is extremely well stocked, from firewood and kindling, pantry items, cutlery, dishes...the works. The three of us also agreed that the bedding and mattresses were the best we have ever slept on. Like clouds that hug you and ensure a solid nights sleep amongst the quiet and ocean waves breaking and cool breeze. Thanks again and we look forward to booking our next trip :)

Sonia was a very welcoming host who took great care of us. She ensured we stayed warm with beautiful fires and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh scones she surprised us with for our breakfast one morning. The fridge was well stocked on arrival. The location of the property is excellent and the interior of the property is charming. The beds are extremely comfortable and we all had a superb night’s sleep. All our interactions with Sonia were very pleasant and we would strongly recommend this property to others. King Island is beautiful and we had a fantastic holiday there.

Easy check in and immediately we felt relaxed. Easy walking distant to the shops ,post office ,bakery and pub. Opposite the house is pathway to lookout over Currie Harbour. Kitchen has everything you need with top quality appliances. Comfy lounge and a super TV along with interesting books to read. Dining area has plenty of chairs. The beds are so so comfortable. The HWS handled the showers with abundant hot water. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing self contained studio! We were able to prepare our dinner and we had everything we needed. I also needed to do some clothes washing and there was even a clothes airer to hang the clothes which it was very very helpful! Despina is very friendly and welcoming lady, and so is her husband! Thank you Despina, I’m in love with the area so we will definitely be back!

Bilbos Cottage was gorgeous. A beautiful little space to come to that had everything you could want and more. The little touches were greatly appreciated and would love to come back to stay again some time.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Main Street for groceries, bakery and cafe just up the road. Lovely, clean modern home with great outdoor areas. Highly recommend, will stay here again.
