Just seconds from the high street, and next door to an excellent real ales micro pub, the cottage is conveniently located directly on the Coast to Coast route with easy access to Podgill and Smardale Viaducts and the Nine Standards walks.

Wonderful views over countryside to Smardale viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle railway. Smardale nature reserve is 100 meters away, with opportunity to see red squirrels, deer and rare Scotch Argus butterflies. Dark sky designated area. No children on bookings without prior agreement.

Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

Chapel Cottage is situated in the charming village of Winton, in Cumbria's stunning and peaceful Eden Valley. Winton is a traditional farming village with a lovely village green and great pub. It is situated 1.5 miles from the market town of Kirkby Stephen, where you will find numerous independent shops, cafes pubs and restaurants. Surrounded by the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines AONB, there are many walks locally and further afield. Dogs Welcome.

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.

A one off secluded retreat set in woodland garden

A cosy pod with under floor heating in a secluded site in woodland area. With luck you may see deer, red squirrels whilst sat in the pod. A birdwatchers paradise. We are situated in the Upper Eden Valley, between the Lake the District and the Yorkshire Dale's National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
