Grèce : locations de vacances avec balcon

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Georgio was very accommodating and met us at the apartment with the key even though we were 2 hours later than we had advised him earlier. The was a bottle of wine, bottled water and a nice bowl of fruit left for us. He was helpful and answered all our questions promptly during our stay.

A highly recommended apartment. The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was super tidy, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. You have to wait about 30 minutes before using the shower, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.

L'appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Très bien situé, il permet de visiter facilement Athènes à pied. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un grand merci à Daphné pour sa prévenance.

Penny was a fabulous host; very kind and exceptionally responsive. The apartment was neat and clean, but also well-stocked with travelling essentials. Super easy to enjoy for the few days we stayed in Athens because it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Non li abbiamo incontrati, ma sono stati sempre pronti e disponibili e ci hanno dato aiuto e suggerimenti utili alla nostra vacanza. Siamo felici di aver scelto questo appartamento, perché è stata un'ottima dimora di riferimento e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. L'appartamento è situato in zona strategica, anche per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere facilmente i quartieri più centrali e caratteristici di Atene. Allo stesso tempo, è tranquillo, ampio, con balconi su 2 lati, al sesto piano e non si avvertono rumori. E' dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e soddisfacente: la cucina è completa e attrezzata di tutto, il bagno ha una doccia grande, i letti sono comodi e il salotto ben curato e di design originale. Il nostro soggiorno è durato 5 giorni e abbiamo avuto modo di visitare agevolmente la storica e bellissima città di Atene. Grazie ancora agli Host, complimenti e saluti!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It’s a lovely large flat with all antique furniture and decorated with fine art, rugs, and decorative items mostly made of silver glass. It was very pleasant to spend the week here and we enjoyed the small balcony off the bedroom that looks out on an internal garden. The apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight so we needed the lights on during the daytime, but there was plenty of lamps and overhead lighting so it wasnt dark. The bathroom is a large size and it also has a washer and tumble dryer. The down side was that the checkin was time consuming. I had to sign a sign a lease and an inventory of the items present. The inventory was 60+ items long and not all of it was straightforward to identify. Some items on the inventory were missing so I had to contact the host. She said I had been given the old inventory and to cross out the missing items. The inventory also declared everything was in perfect condition which I had to also cross out.

unser ursprüngliches Airbnb war dreckig, laut und als dann auch noch abends der Strom ausfiel haben wir fluchtartig das Apartment verlassen und sind durch Zufall auf das Apartment von Apo & Irene gestoßen. Es war schon spät, dennoch haben die beiden schnell reagiert und wir konnten umziehen. Ein super schönes und großes Appartement. Obwohl es an der Schnellstraße liegt, ist es ruhig da es doppelte Fenster gab. Es war sauber und alles ist gut zu Fuß in der Nähe zu erreichen. auch Bushaltestellen und Metro sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal an der Stelle für die schnelle Reaktion und die tolle Unterkunft! definitiv zu empfehlen.

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

We absolutely loved our stay at Evi’s beautiful holiday home. It is exceptionally clean and well equipped - Evi has thought through every detail and we hugely appreciated that so many useful things were provided (beach toys, oil, spices etc, toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc). It is incredibly spacious too and had plenty of space for our family of four. As a host, Evi is the perfect balance of super warm and welcoming, but also discreet and respectful of your privacy. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where great local restaurants were located, supermarkets and so on, and left us some wonderful Greek pastries. She even brought us some chocolates for the children and traditional pastries as we were there for Easter. We found the villa to be in the perfect location for easy access into Chania, the fantastic beaches on the west and south coast, and we also visited Knossos. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa to families and would love to return!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. Great neighborhood. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable experience!!

Kostas was a fantastic host. Very proactive, super friendly and easy to reach. The apartment was absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed our time in there. Amazing location right downtown Chania and close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do. We can highly recommend this place and Kostas to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay in Chania.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Everything was fine, lovely place ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery. The hosts were nice and so was their lovely cat.

We had an incredible stay at Tonia's and Vardis' lovely home, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in an intimate street close to the sea, many restaurants, and shops! Thanks Tonia for everything!

Wir können uns den begeisterten Berichten nur anschließen. Constantines Airbnb ist in jedem Detail perfekt, von den hochwertigen Betten über die voll ausgestattete Küche bis zu den blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Professionell und freundlich war auch die Kommunikation mit Constantine und seinen Mitarbeiterinnen. Kurzum: Wenn ein nächstes Mal Athen, dann definitiv wieder hier!

Très beau logement très propre et très bien placé. Juste à côté de la mer et tram à 200 m pour aller au centre-ville. Stavros à été très souple pour notre heure d’arrivée et toujours très réactif. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans son appartement avec sa belle terrasse qui donne sur le jardin. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu et retiré de la route principale. Nous recommandons fortement cet hote Nous vous conseillons de prendre le tram pour visiter Athènes car pour se garer en voiture c’est la galère ou parkings très chers. Très bonne literie. Salon sympa Plage à 300 m à pied. Autour de l’immeuble il y a tous les commerces de proximité et des restaurants. Le port de plaisance est grandiose et vaut le détour Un très beau voyage et un hôte parfait. Pensez à réserver l’Acropole par internet car les places sont limitées. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue chaque jour sans difficulté en mai 2025. Merci Stavros.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

It was a great stay for our family of 3. Everything was clean, hosts were responsive, and the place is walking distance from main attractions in the city, but you can't beat the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the balcony - the perfect spot to end each day with a glass of wine.

El apartamento estaba impecable, bien equipado y en perfecto estado. La ubicación también es excelente, en una zona muy tranquila con una hermosa terraza y cerca de muchas atracciones. Nuestro anfitrión nos dio muchas recomendaciones útiles sobre lugares para visitar, restaurantes, bares y otros consejos útiles. Siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades y tuvo una excelente actitud. Recomiendo este alojamiento y definitivamente volveríamos en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo!

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully furnished and designed, two spacious balconies with amazing views as it’s on the top floor (with elevator) well equipped kitchen, super comfortable couch and wonderful comfy large bed, I slept so well!! If I return to Athens this will be the place I’d stay, no doubt! Highly recommend

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα για 2 μέρες και πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ο χώρος είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρός, με ωραία αισθητική, όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι και φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο άνετο, καθαρό και το κρεβάτι πολύ μεγάλο με ωραίο στρώμα! Πραγματικά δεν έχουμε να πούμε ούτε το παραμικρό παράπονο. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός και η γειτονιά ήσυχη. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο και στα ΚΤΕΛ και μας βόλεψε πολύ στις μετακινήσεις μας! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα ! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε αν βρεθούμε πάλι στην Αθήνα!
