Very friendly hosts. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood! It was obvious our hosts tried to make our stay pleasant. They even put fresh half and half in the refrigerator! The only drawback was a small shower, but for the reasonable price for the rooms, that was a small inconvenience. We will definitely stay there again on return trips.

Tricia’s place was super cute and cozy. Every little detail had been considered from soft furnishings to info brochures, games for inside or outside and even oatmeal, pancake mix, coffee creamer, water filter & even frozen treats like ice cream in the freezer! Tricia even messaged me and offered to bring me treats from the bakery! How kind and thoughtful. The bed was super comfy too, I rarely sleep well away from home but I did here! Thanks so much Tricia, you’re an amazing host, you certainly went above and beyond.

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Had a wonderful mini trip to Seattle staying at Hugo’s place. It’s a beautiful area of the city, peaceful and close to the major road to take you into the downtown area. Hugo was very helpful with instructions and answered any questions quickly. Highly recommend using this suite for anyone visiting the city and surrounding area!

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

Large, comfortable space in a quiet area of whidbey with a view of the water. Easy check in and parking, space and location safe for solo travelers. Don’t miss a tour of Susanne’s beautiful art studio, and the short drive to the public beach nearby.

Immaculate, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Quiet private and hosts were very available if we needed anything but completely unobtrusive. Not a huge list of dos and dont’s. It seems that they respect their guests and certainly vice versa. This is the second time we stayed there and would not hesitate to stay again! Lovely and safe area as well. Easy walking distance to the wonderful Woodland Park zoo!

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

This is my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! The space itself has everything you need and very tidy. It’s tucked in such a cute neighborhood with lots of great spots to walk to while also being a quick drive to other favorite Seattle neighborhoods as well as downtown. James & Jory are very responsive, helpful and had stellar restaurant recommendations (always a +). Will definitely be back.

What a cozy, well-appointed, and well-decorated apartment! It has everything you could think of and more. Elliott and Brian are fantastic hosts. They are so friendly, accommodating, and available with helpful suggestions. The location in Capitol Hill is perfect. With nearby shops and restaurants, the home is still in a quiet spot and in a stunning walkable neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Loved coming “home” to cook a light meal with the screened door open and listening to the birds. Bed is comfy! I am a pillow person! There were many. The place was just as described. I come to the area on business and am now spoiled.

Loved the space. Well thought out and designed. Fun furniture, colors, and artwork. Very livable and comfortable. Great neighborhood, close to the UW Arboretum/Park and even a wonderful deck to watch the sun rise over the Cascade Mts!

Room and board is the last thing you want to ha e to worry about when you are traveling. Sandy made life easy.

Always a great stay when we visit Seattle. The proximity to all of our favorite spots in the Green Lake, Phinney Ridge and Wallingford neighborhoods. Easy and quick access to downtown Seattle. Studio is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Dickie's studio is our go to.

Jenny and Patrick's little slice of paradise was in a pretty, peaceful neighborhood very close to a charming little downtown that's like Main Street America. I particularly wanted a peaceful getaway to relax, and this place was perfect. I lit a fire, turned on some relaxing music, and simply enjoyed myself. The view from the living room window was really nice, too. I enjoyed watching boats go by - ferries, cruise ships, etc. I was allowed to use the hot tub, so I went up to their main deck and enjoyed a spectacular sunset view while watching a quartet of hummingbirds duke it out over their feeder. The old cherry tree in the yard near my entrance was a piece of nature's magic, with lichen and moss coating its gnarly branches, and cherry blossoms just beginning to open. It was exactly what I wanted/needed in terms of a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from it all.
