Generous living space opens out onto a large deck with breathtaking views of Robben Island, the famous Green Point Stadium, Green Point Park and Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

Walking distance to the trendy De Waterkant and very close to the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point promenade and a range of upmarket shops & restaurants. The complex is secured and has a 24/hour security guard on duty. Your car can be safely parked in the garage next to the apartment. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher for your convenience. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The apartment is located on the border of Green Point and De Waterkant with many trendy restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe for walking around. Cape Town has a very efficient Uber system, if you don't have your own transport. Generally you don't wait more than 3 minutes for an Uber. The MyCity bus stop is just down the road and can be used to get around Cape Town and surrounds. Personally, if it is just too far to walk, we prefer to use Uber (which you can download on your phone once you get to the apartment) - even if you have a car, it is much easier to have a driver and to not have to worry about finding parking!

It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town.
