Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden, Tempur mattress and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

This bright and airy unit is perfectly located for the ideal beach holiday. Only 2 minutes to the beach, the esplanade and a large children's playground, 3 minutes walk to restaurants and cafes, 4 minutes to the mall and the movies, 7 minutes to the train station and the ferry to Bundeena and The Royal National Park. Westfield shopping centre is a 15 minute drive, or three stops on the train. The unit is located on the top floor and is accessible by stairs only, 34 from entry, 44 from car park

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
