David was an excellent host. He was very quick to respond. His place is beautiful, quiet and serene. My favorite part was probably the patio overlooking the lake.

Beautiful cozy home in an exclusive neighborhood with a great view of Lake Oconee. Everything you need for a super nice weekend. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Kitchen packed with everything you may need to cook delicious food. The lake is just feet aways from the house. You can just relax in the porch with a cup of coffee admiring the beauty of Nature. Really enjoyed the walking by the lake. Debbie and Eva were always prompted to answer any questions we may had. I will definitively come back again.

Eatonton is a beautiful place to stay and Charleese’s house is like a peaceful cottage! Lots of characteristics and beautiful scenery! Came to GA for my niece’s wedding and it was nice staying here rather than a hotel. Thank you 🤍

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Was as advertised, worked perfect for the need we had that night before a wedding. Back deck was great to sit on as well. Very comfy

While the pictures and description accurately depicted the property, it didn't do it justice! The house is on a great cove, secluded even though it is in a neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing home right on the lake! My family of five, including 3 teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed staying on the lake. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The open layout provided a great gathering place for us to wind down at the end of each day. The pool area was a nice place to relax on the 85 degree days. My youngest son spent everyday fishing off the dock and loved every minute. There were a couple of nice golf courses in the area that we visited as well. The home and area make for a great area to enjoy the outdoors! There is a Walmart super store only 15-20 mins away so everything you forgot is available nearby.

There is nothing bad to say. The place was clean and the views are incredible. We had a wonderful time with family. Val was very flexible and quick to respond, (although there was nothing to really ask about since she provided information prior to our arrival and had a list of "to do's and what to do for checkout, etc).
