Südengerichtete Untergeschosswohnung mit privatem Eingang und eigenem Garten. An Aussichtslage, ohne Verkehr aber nur 2 Min zum Bus. 12 Min zu Fuss bis zum Goetheanum . Parkplätze gibt es an der Strasse . Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Der Fernseher hat nur Smart TV übers Internet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber der Wasserhanen in der Küche hat nur kaltes Wasser.Warmes Wasser gibt es im Badezimmer welches direkt neben der Küche ist. Das beliebte Bett ist 180x220cm zudem 2 Einzelbette.

Nice attic in hip quarter near train station

The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. There is also a coffee machine and a refrigerator. - train station 2 min. (tram), 5 min. (by foot) - exhibition square 10 min. (tram) - city centre 8 min. (tram), 15 min. (by foot)

Charming, bright 3.5 room apartment

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a lovingly renovated house with a garden, near the city limits of Basel. It lies 9 minutes by tram from the SBB train station and right across from the idyllic recreation area Grün 80. The apartment is flooded with light and airy. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a living room with a sofa, a workspace and a chill corner, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom faces the garden, the other one towards the street.

Die Tramstation befindet sich fast vor der Haustüre (4 Min. zu Fuss), nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum St.Jakob Stadion Basel, Naherholungsort im Grünen ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso befinden sich Bahnhof, Autobahnanschluss und Einkaufsmöglichkleiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
