The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Ein 200 Jahre altes Heimatschutzhaus, das weitgehend im Originalzustand blieb und zur Schweizer Geschichte gehört, gepflegt, aber alt. Erhöht über dem Tal bietet es herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal. Der Platz strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus und ist voller positiver Energie. Da es keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn gibt, ist man hier völlig ungestört.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Chalet Sagentobel - Erholung pur und doch zentral

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen.
