Completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets.

Very clean, spacious.

Homey and a large private upstairs bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan, and a plasma TV. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. The upstairs rooms have their own heat and A/C. Easy check-in - just ring the doorbell. We provide coffee and fruit for breakfast if you desire, and a full kitchen for your use. We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

Lookout Hill | Spectacular Views | Near Luckenbach

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.
