Enjoy the pleasures of the Hill Country at this 2-acre retreat near Canyon Lake. The suite accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full kitchen. Enjoy entertaining on a large main deck or view the lake from the 2nd floor side deck. Relax on a 3rd private deck with a hot tub & outdoor shower.

Property is a short car/bus ride or a 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown, The Alamo, The Riverwalk, San Pedro Park, San Pedro Creek Culture Park, and more! Around 900 square feet of private sleeping/living area with a small, efficiency bathroom & NO KITCHEN! Funky not fancy. Eclectically decorated with artworks from local artists as well as your hosts.

Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.
