Welcome to the newly remodeled condo in the Heart of Treasure Island. This bright and modern retreat is perfect for relaxing and avoiding the crowds. Perfect location for beach lovers and wildlife watchers alike with waterfront views of the canal from the living room, kitchen and bedroom windows and beautiful sunsets. Just 2 blocks or a 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and a few feet from the canal and pool. Visit nearby great restaurants, John's Pass Boardwalk and live music.

A slice of paradise!

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

Shangri-La

Located on a Barrier Island beach community in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Guest suite is attached to the main house with it's own separate entrance and living space. Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants, Tiki bars with live entertainment, shops and grocery store.

Isla Sunsets

Enjoy peaceful relaxation and serene sunsets in this top floor condo on the beautiful Isla Del Sol. The large private balcony, which overlooks the private beach and community pool, has plenty of seating options for enjoyment throughout your day in paradise. Inside, a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed offer comfort and versatility. This condo features an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and styling throughout. Only a short walk or bike ride to the Don Cesar or several top beaches!

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

Cozy and private apartment perfectly situated between St Pete Beaches, downtown St. Petersburg, and the quirky vibrant downtown Gulfport Arts District. This is a private apartment with 2 rooms, 1 bath, kitchenette, and patio. We live on the property in the other side of the Duplex, but your suite is completely private with your own entrance. Please note: There’s no guest parking on-site, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

Fun facts: In 2020, Historic Kenwood was named 'NEIGHBORHOOD of the YEAR as well as a DESIGNATED ARTIST's ENCLAVE. Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed. Suitable for 2 adults (No infants or children) Walking distance to Central Ave. & Grand Central District. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, craft breweries, and shopping.

Dolphin Cove Waterfront St. Pete Beach w/ Pool

THIS is the Florida life! A private oasis with a stunning tropical backyard and an oversized SALTWATER pool. Enjoy 140+ ft of waterfront on Bear Creek canal, where manatees and dolphins visit daily! Kayak just 15 minutes to nearby islands. Beaches are a quick 7-minute drive, downtown is 15 minutes away, and shops/restaurants are right across the street. The home is simple and unupdated, but the backyard is a true paradise you won’t forget!

We are ideally situated close to Tampa, Sarasota,Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Our neighborhood is wonderful, eclectic, alive. We have incredible restaurants a walk away. Our beach is walking distance. If you prefer you never have to leave Gulfport from the day you arrive. Everything you want is right here. There is free access for charging your electric vehicle on the beach in town which is walking distance from our guesthouse
