It is close to Sankt Jörgen Park golf course, Sankt Jörgen spa, Albatross golf course and the Gothia Park Academy where many games in Gothia Cup are played.

The boat has two heating sources for redundancy and occassional very cold nights and a little pentry with a two cook-stove and a cooling box. There is a small emergency toilet on board and full shower/bathroom about 50 m away. If you're tall, the beds are 1,9-2m, but you can stand only by the pentry.
