The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tub, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

Tamamen gürültüden uzak huzur dolu bir yerleşim yeri. 50 m2 özel havuzu bulunmaktadır. Bütün bu iki evin kullanımları kiralayana aittir. Otel gümüşlük de tarafımıza aittir. konuklarımız iskontolu kahvaltı ve diğer öğünlerden faydalanabilirler.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Long stay rent in Bodrum wth pool and strong wi-fi

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
