öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

La casa è meravigliosa, il panorama è bellissimo. Siamo stati molto bene. La strada sterrata non presenta problemi e può essere percorsa da qualsiasi auto ma è molto ripida nel tratto di accesso alla casa e la salita è meglio farla da soli. Se si arriva tardi è meglio procurarsi del cibo perché i negozi sono lontani. I proprietari ci hanno dato un appuntamento e ci hanno accompagnato a casa. Molto gentili tutti. Grazie

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!

Vi blev välkomnade med drycker (inkl vin) i kylskåpet, samt frukter. Lyxigt för oss att få städat och bäddat varje dag. Bad, disk och dusch handdukar byttes vid behov. Även badrockar fanns att tillgå. Det var en härlig känsla att gå till det närliggande, härliga havsbadet iförda badrockar :). Georgia var mycket vänlig och ville verkligen att vi skulle få det bra under vår vistelse. När vi frågade Georgia om tips på restauranger, resmål mm var hon mycket villig att delge oss det. Lägenheten trivdes vi mycket bra med. Tyst och lugnt område men ändå mycket nära till butiker och restauranger. Vi älskade verkligen att sitta på balkongen och njuta av den härliga havsutsikten. Morgon sol på balkongen och skugga för den som det önskar. Allt det vi behövde fanns i lägenheten (vi saknade inget förutom eventuellt en micro). Vi uppskattade verkligen att lägenheten var på andra våningen, kände oss trygga med det. Våra varmaste rekommendationer, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

Het huis is schoon, modern en alles wat we nodig hadden was er. In de ochtend wandelden we naar de stad voor vers brood, daarna liepen we elke dag een van de goed aangegeven Samos trails. In de namiddag was het heerlijk uitrusten op het terras van het huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht op de turquoise baai. We hebben een enorm fijne vakantie gehad.

Man fühlt sich hier wie Zuhaus. Super sauber und bequem, man findet alles was man braucht (im Haus und auch in der Umgebung), Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Kommunikation funktioniert sehr gut. Natürlich Empfehlenswert. Danke an Herrn Gündüz! Schöne Grüße aus Wien!

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

Wir - 2 Erwachsene - waren zwei Wochen zu Gast im Appartement von Venetia. Das Appartement entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir hatten jede ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/Toilette. Das Bad ist klein und hat die typische Ausstattung mit einer niedrigen Duschwanne und dem Vorhang. Wir mögen die Challenge, beim Duschen keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Hat geklappt! Die Küche und der Wohnraum waren für zwei Personen schön groß. Es war alles Notwendige da. Vom vorderen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, dort ist es sonnig am Morgen. Wir hatten Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend für zwei Wochen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig (Samos im Oktober). Vielleicht wäre es möglich, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein- bis zweimal eine Art Grundreinigung z. B. für die Bäder zu bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Venetia buchen.

casa molto comoda , pulita e accogliente. Zona molto tranquilla, mare bellissimo a due passi, trattoria sul mare ad ottimi prezzi. Host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. spiaggia con servizi ed anche alberi, lettini a due euro. Mare splendido. samos, pitagorico ed altre bellissime spiagge a 10 - 20 minuti di macchina. serve sicuramente la macchina. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo rilassati, bella vacanza, bella atmosfera. Konumu alışveriş merkezlerine ve sahile araç ile çok yakın mesafede. Ormanın içinde harika bir havası var ve olabildiğince etraftan izole edilmiş, huzurlu bir tatil için birebir. Temizlik konusunda da gayet başarılılardı. Kullanılacak mutfak araç gereçleri, mangal gayet yetecek kadar var. İletişim konusunda da her an ihtiyacımız olduğunda dönüş yaptılar. Teşekkür ederiz..

Ev, modern ve şık bir şekilde dekore edilmiş, ayrıca çok temizdi. Evin konumu ise idealdi; çevredeki restoranlar ve gezilecek yerler oldukça yakın. très beau logement! Très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et le proprio a d'excellentes recommandations! (resto, plage) La piscine était très propre et elle a fait du bien pour se rafraîchir un peu. Je recommanderais pour ceux qui veulent un coin tranquille pour explorer la région

Mehmet Bey ve ailesi bizi cok guzel agirladi. Ev cok genis ve ferah. Sabah kapimizda taze semizotu ve ege zeytinyagi ile uyandik. Kesinlikle tavsiyemizdir.

Host was very friendly and always responsive through WhApp or IG if there were any problems or whenever we needed recommendations (i.e. a good Hamam). The house was very beautiful with identical looking neighboring houses. The pool quality was out of this world. Slightly salty and very little chlorine which meant you could open your eyes under water without straining your eyes. By far the best pool I've been in. The house is some distance away from the closest beach so a rental car is definitely recommended.
