Amazing appartment, one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever been to. The vue is obviously breathtaking. The appartment is on the second floor without lift which give you the most amazing view on the psili ammos sanded beach. In this tastefully decorated appartment you can find everything you need for the stay and a lot of recommendations. The appartment is also very very clean. Restaurants and bars are available on the beach, just a few meters away. they are very good and not too expensive. Still the area is quiet calm (september). It’s pleasent to be just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Chris, the host is very reactive, friendly, nice and helpful. We would come back in a hearbeat, we has the nicest time.

What an amazing view that the apartment have… We had 4 perfect days with peaceful environment and sea which is just 20 steps far from home entrance. Hope to see you again Psili Ammos and the Chris’s lovely flat :)

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in het appartement. Het was heel netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi eiland ook Samos. Het is wel handig om een auto te huren als je in dit dorpje zit, want er was in het voorseizoen (eind april) niet veel te doen dus je moet wel op pad. Het strand was ook iets minder mooi dan op de foto's. We hadden de indruk dat ze dat nog klaar moesten maken (onkruid wieden) voor het toeristen seizoen.

Heerlijke plek! Super dicht bij de luchthaven, maar heb je eigenlijk geen last van. Vond het juist wel leuk om de vliegtuigen aan te zien komen vanaf je eigen bedje op het strand voor de deur. Hoe luxe om 's ochtends zo de zee in te kunnen lopen vanuit je verblijf! Auto is wel een aanrader, restaurants niet ver weg maar wel heél donker 's avonds. Vond het alleen toch fijner om de auto te pakken.

We stayed in our Sea View apartment for four days. The property is absolutely outstanding and the location unique - so calm, so beautiful, directly at the beach. For us a 10 out of 10!

Bizim için güzel bir tatildi. Evde İhtiyaç duyulabilecek çay, kahve, zeytin yağı ve benzeri her şey var. Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında yan taraftaki eğlence mekanında sabaha kadar yüksek sesle müzik yayını yapılmaktadır. Ancak bundan rahatsız olabilecekler için de evde kulak tıkacı bulunmaktadır. Ev merkezi konumda ve manzarası harika. Marily ve oğlu çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldular Her şey için çok teşekkürler Marily...

Evin denize sıfır olması harikaydı, deniz millipark denizi gibi çok berrakti, evden çıkınca 10 adımda denizde buluyorsunuz kendinizi. evin içi fotoğraflardaki gibi, kullanılacak bir çok mutfak eşyaları çok fazla her ihtiyacınızı bulabiliyorsunuz. marketlere biraz olmasından dolayı biraz zorlandık ama her güzelliğin bir zor yani vardır dedik. sahilin cok az kum olmamasından dolayi çocuklar biraz sıkıldı, ama büyükler için güzeldi.

Biz evi çok beğendik, konumu da merkeze yakın. Ev çok temizdi, çok memnun kaldık ve büyük de bir bahçesi var. Yürüme mesafesindeki denizin plajı ve deniz çok hoş değildi ama yakınlarda daha güzel denizlere gidebilirsiniz. Herkese önerebileceğim bir yer

We stayed at this absolutely stunning and gorgeous home, just beside the sea for a couple of nights and would definitely recommend. Erdem was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His home matches the description and goes beyond. The sunset view was unforgettable. This was one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed in and we would love to come back for a longer visit next time.

The guesthouse is very modern and the garden is beautiful. The beach is very close and with few tourists. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Ev gerçekten harikaydı! Temizliği, dekorasyonu ve konforuyla beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Hem merkeze hem de denize yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj sağladı. Sessiz ve keyifli bir ortamda çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Ev sahibine ilgisi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Great location and place, attentive host, highly recommended!

Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev fotoğraflardakinden çok daha güzeldi. Evdeki tüm eşyalar çok zevkliydi. Balkonda oturmak çok keyifliydi. Konumu çok çok iyiydi. Çıkış günü feribıt saatimize kadar geçirdiğimiz zamanda da çok yardımcı olundu. İki aile kaldığımız halde çok rahat ettik. Çok teşekkür ederiz herşey için. Tekrar tekrar gelinebilecek bir yer❤️🙏

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.
