Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Perfecte locatie tussen Amsterdam (15 min. trein) en het strand (15 min. bus). Je kunt zo lopend het historische centrum van Haarlem in of je loopt de andere kant naar de duinen. Geniet ook van de zon in mijn kleine tuin en op het ruime dakterras. Heerlijk tot aan het einde van de dag! Het huis is uit 1890 en staat in de 'Leidsebuurt'. Het is een heerlijke plek voor jezelf, als stel, familie of vrienden. Een ruime gezellige woonkamer en 3 kleine, fijne slaapkamers. Huisdieren zijn welkom :)

Geniet van een oud huis in een van de mooiste steden van Nederland. Deze sfeervolle woning ligt in een rustige buurt en vormt de uitvalsbasis voor wie Haarlem wil ontdekken. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen ben je in het centrum en in slechts 35 minuten ben je op het strand. In huis wonen twee lieve, rustige katten die alleen wat voer en water nodig hebben. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar verder is het huis modern ingericht inclusief een bad. Ontspan in de zonnige tuin, waar je kunt genieten van de rust.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.

Supermarket and several other shops are nearby. The beach and a number of beautiful nature reserves are easily accessible by car or bicycle. Amsterdam is 14 minutes by train. This great accommodation guarantees fun with the whole family.
