2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Das Herzstück dieses alt eingerichteten Gebäudes ist im Winter wohl das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und Küche, für reichlich Holz ist selbstverständlich gesorgt. Von Mai bis Oktober begeistert der beheizte Indoorpool im tropischen Wintergarten. Auch die kaum befahrene Seitenstraße bietet zusätzliche Ruhe. Generell ist die Lage perfekt, ob in die Stadt Salzburg, zur Skitour in Gaißau oder zum Baden im Fuschlsee.
