Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. Kitchen has basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below

It has its own entrance, garage, courtyard and upstairs living area. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 children. We personally manage our apartment so that we can ensure attention to every detail.

The three bedrooms are with queen beds sleeps up to 6 persons.

It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)

We are next to a nature park reserve with plenty of local trails and walking paths. The home can comfortably accommodate 4 people with a large kitchen/dining which overlooks the formal lounge/TV area, complete with a smart TV and great internet service. We provide free Wi-Fi & there is off street parking for at least 2 cars.
