Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house. The house was comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything to cook a nice meal. The area was also very easy to explore. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dana's house!

This place is a gem! Large space but felt intimate and cozy. The fireplaces are great, the deck looked inviting but we had so much snow, we spent most of our time on the slopes. Amazing art work throughout, well stocked kitchen, and lots of light! Great space.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

Great little spot in the woods. We jetted up to NH on short notice for a quick ski trip. My wife being from the area, we wanted to be close enough to the mountain but without any crowds. That’s exactly what we got. Check in was breeze, house is clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked! We had a ton of snow on the ground which provided amazing views of the woods behind the property. The kids loved playing in the snow down the hill in the back yard. We hope to come back this summer to see this beautiful property in another season.

This is our second stay here. The house is roomy and clean. We even had a visit from the neighborhood bear!!! Location is perfect and private. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay for skiing Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, convenient to restaurants and shops. Very quiet setting, just be prepared for a little bit of non-paved road to climb to access it. The apartment felt more spacious and open than I expected, and accommodated 3 adults quite comfortably. Wax bench was a nice bonus for us skiers!

While the experience was great, we did expect 2 bedroom suite. Instead we received 2 single bedrooms suites connected by a common hallway. This created some dificulties. Still, I would definately recommend this to anybody looking to stay in this area.

This place was very beautiful and definitely very peaceful. We had a great time, even though the drive to activities was pretty far. My only wish was that it was a little more private as far as the other attached rental and housing. Very pretty walk along the brook and the hot tub was a beautiful added bonus. Thank you for the extras that were provided.! Great trip!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

Each time we've stayed at Laura's place it's like coming home. We spent a year traveling, and Laura's place was the absolute best for working and relaxing. We watched our favorite apps on the large TV from the reclining sofa in the large open living room. The dining room has expansive windows looking out to the hills and beyond. No need to work on the dining table as there are two work stations, one in the den and the other in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have large TVs. We found every tool and utensil we needed in the spotless kitchen and made use of the full laundry. The beds are comfy, plenty of space and hangers for clothes and luggage. As if this is not enough, you can keep in shape using the equipment in the separate exercise room. The garage has direct access to living quarters. But the best thing about our stay was our hosts, Laura and Steve and their kitties. They were always available for questions and recommendations. We recommend Laura's place without reservation.

Can't say enough! Steve was quick to have information and respond. His knowledge of the area is massive and he knows all the great spots to go. Their place was perfect and everything you'd expect from the pictures and description. During our stay we got a large ice storm. Some locals called it the worst ice storm since 1996. Steve was texting me throughout the storm to make sure we were ok and had power and internet. He asked if there was anything he could do for us... And he was located hours away.. Steve and LA went above and beyond in so many ways.. Their place will be the first place I look to stay on return trips!

Oliver is a great host, great communication. I stayed at his place for multiple weeks and it was amazing.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home!! Her place is SPOTLESS and cozy. Simone’s instructions to get there were perfect. Everything is well labeled (like which switches do what), USB ports on bedroom lamps., binder with check in/check out info. Couch is 10/10 for post-ski nap, beds and linens are super comfortable. Kitchen items look brand new. Shower pressure is also 10/10 There is a shuttle that takes you to the resort with a stop in this neighborhood (5-10 min walk), but uphill so with kids and ski gear we drove to resort each day (2-3 min drive). The houses in the neighborhood are spaced out so you don’t feel like you are right on top of someone but also aren’t completely secluded in the wilderness. We stayed Presidents’ Day weekend and skied Lincoln Peak. The lift lines moved quickly and didn’t feel overly crowded. This rental was priced higher than other rentals we considered, but based on pristine condition and ease of our stay it was worth it!!!

This was such an incredible place to stay! The whole mansion is absolutely stunning, the surroundings and views are beautiful. However, what made this stay truly special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. This was a wonderful experience and we are all looking forward to our next stay!

This was perfect for my son and I to relax in over a weekend at Pico. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we loved the fireplace as an added touch. Convenience and location were perfect; walk right out the front door and you're skiing with the buzz of the lodge right there - true ski in and out. We will definitely stay here again, for longer next time hopefully!

Very close to ski trails, the cleaning crew team did an excellent job, and really easy to work with the Killington team.

What a great condo in the best location! Unbeatable for the price. The condo was spotless, and had every amenity as described. Plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable! We really felt right at home. And the fire place was so nice! We’d definitely recommend this for a great weekend get away!

Overall we had great experience at the house. The inner decorations were cozy and comfortable, and the design was awesome! The host was responsive when the new door lock had some issues. 100% recommend staying at this house!

My large group enjoyed Simon’s place to the fullest—there were plenty of rooms and sleeping accommodations and the basement game room was a huge plus!! It was only a three minute drive to Mount Snow which is why we came up—spring snowboarding and skiing! I would def recommend this place and I will try to rebook in the future!
