Schifahren, in die nächste Stadt nach Schwaz 9km, oder nach Innsbruck ca. 20km, ins Zillertal ca. 30km, zu den Swarovski Kristallwelten nach Wattens 7,5km, fahren oder nur Entspannen wollen, unser Haus liegt im Zentrum vom Weerberg, somit kommen alle auf ihre Kosten. Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in der zauberhaften kleinen Gemeinde Hart, auf der Sonnenseite des vorderen Zillertales. Durch die zentrale Lage ist sie der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Aktivitäten. Die modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet auf 35 m² eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und SmartTV, ein gemütliches Doppelzimmer mit französischem Bett sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
