Teaberry is a private entry 1,100 sq ft master suite addition to a mid-century modern house on a 2 acre wooded lot overlooking the northern San Francisco Bay in Tiburon, CA. With stunning ocean views from every room, the private addition includes a bridge/hall, decks, bedroom and bathroom consisting of jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower.

The Overlook – Port View (Unit B) is a private residence in a quiet three-unit building, with an easy walk to the harbor, ferry, cafés and shops. Bay windows bring in natural light, creating a serene, well-composed space ideal for any length of stay.

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

The house is located within an easy walk to the beach, and many of the Marin Headlands best hiking and biking trails are right out the door. With only 20 minutes to San Francisco and an easy drive to the Wine Country or further up the coast it makes it a perfect home for your California coast adventure!
