Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Beautiful rustic “Hill Country Modern” home on five acres with a view of our seasonal pond and the valley. My home incorporates the use of outdoor living space unlike any other. The patio and breezeway are integral parts of the usable space. One side of Sunrise House has a large living room with a fireplace and huge windows. The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art.

"Little Green" Cabin on 28 Acres near Wimberley

Little Haven is an official 28-acre wildlife preserve 6 miles north of Wimberley. We manage the land for song birds, owls and other raptors. You are welcome to hike and explore anywhere on the land. The sunsets are amazing, and star gazing is the best in Texas (Wimberley is one of only three certified "Dark Sky" cities in Texas). This is the place if you want total quiet, privacy, and dark skies.

Pecan Star (on the Blanco River)

Cozy romantic cottage on a gently sloping yard on the beautiful Blanco River. View the stars in the amazing hot tub. There is an outdoor shower that I am improving upon regularly. Turkey and deer are frequent guests to the back yard. Sleep to the sounds of the river flowing by. Smart TV, full kitchen, charcoal grill, outside dining table and also visiting chairs....enjoy!
