I have stayed here before. Really love the Deck, the view of the river, the local area of antique stores and shops. Mike was great. Check-in was easy. You do have to climb stairs, so if you can't do that, it might not be for you. However, it is worth it because the view of the Mississippi and Illinois river is fantastic. Everything was just great. I am sure we will be staying here again, as we come back to STL every other year to visit.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Mr Donavans place! Very Comfortable, felt right at home. Mr Donavan is a great host! I'd definitely recommend 20 times... I'll be back for sure!

Had an excellent time staying at Matt’s place! The space is more than enough for two people and is suitable for short-term or long-term stays. The neighborhood is quiet and just a block away from Tower Grove park. Highly recommend!

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

The location is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Some noise from the neighbors in the same building but not frequent and to be expected in a shared building. The rooms were decorated simply and nicely and we were able to relax and sleep well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed with dishes and cookware and the little extras that Zoey placed out (coffee pods for the Keurig! snacks in the kitchen!) were a really nice touch and made us feel at home. For the cost, this was a perfect set up for us!

Parking is convenient & tucked away, amenities are top-quality (coffee, filters, dishes, decorating features like cozy lighting & comfortable seating); Kathleen has thoughtfully created an oasis for travelers and backs it up with kindness, a rare & wonderful combination.

The house is clean and inviting. Everything was as expected. The host went beyond my expectations with impeccable communication and friendliness. The location is a bit on the rougher side. I didn’t let my kids leave my side walking from the curb to the door. But we aren’t from the city so this could be normal. Also the hot tub is located in the back of the property inside the detached garage. So consider that if you plan on putting your kids down and then going and enjoy the hot tub. Other than the location of the property and the hot tub, it is a great house!

Always a pleasure staying at Lisa's home. We've stayed there several times before and love the "at home" comfortable feel of the place. Lisa is a great host! I highly recommend her place!

If I’m being honest I did not have high hopes. I was in the area for an event I have attended for the last 3 years. This time I was going to go with a hotel, I’m glad I didn’t. This was the best place I have stayed in this area. I was very pleasantly surprised. For folk of a certain age this will feel very familiar. The place was exceptionally clean, no musky smell. The mattresses are older, but they feel like no one has slept in them. I stayed in the larger room upstairs. The smaller room felt equally comfortable. The third bed/ basement bathroom / suite might feel a little dingy and quaint to some, but it was dry and it was clear they took pains to make it comfortable. If I was with a group I wouldn’t mind choosing that space. Good water pressure. throughout. This is the host’s first house they owned. It feels homey. I will come back next year to the event and this will be the place I try to stay first. Also, upon request they will give you farm fresh eggs!!! So good!

This place is great! There is a pharmacy and market very close. Easy to get to, close to main roads but very quiet. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. It is very modern and tidy. A great place to stay.

Our stay here was great! Dzenad was very responsive with any questions I had. It is so peaceful with the river practically in the backyard. I DEFINITELY recommend staying there if you get the chance.

The air b&b was my home away from home for 11 weeks, it felt like home instantly. Matt and his wife are very friendly and responsive. I loved the home, the space and the walks to the best downtown ST. Charles shops and restaurants. I was here for a law enforcement training and all agencies around stated this was the best and safest area to be staying, I couldn’t agree more. I would recommend this home over and over again. Thank you for making my stay a great experience especially from being away from home for so long!

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

Planning a trip to St. Louis? Stay here—you won’t regret it. This stylish home is in a lovely, upscale neighborhood just blocks from Washington University Medical Center and a short walk to Forest Park. It’s also right around the corner from the stunning St. Louis Cathedral. (We’re not religious, but the architecture is truly amazing.) We stayed for five days and quickly wished we had booked five more. Jennifer’s place is beautifully decorated, upscale, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which felt like it had weighted blankets. Our sleep was incredibly restful.

Very good place. Very central. Family visited for graduation and everything we needed was in the apartment or nearby. Grocery store nearby with a variety of restaurants.

The house was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures and details. It is in a great location. Short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. There was a tornado warning and Libby was great at contacting us to make sure we got to a safe area. Check in and check out were easy. The only thing that was a little confusing was google maps takes you to the parking lot not to the front of the house upon arrival. We had a fantastic stay in St. Louis.

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
