Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Our Cabin In The City offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat in nature, with easy access to a host of amenities and activities. Just a short drive away, a charming array of dining options awaits you. Including the shimmering waters of nearby Lake Ray Hubbard, offers opportunities for fishing or simply basking in the sun on a lazy afternoon. The Cabin is romantic, quiet, and with the beauty of the great outdoors and intimacy. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.

Barn Loft on Private Horse Property #23-004876

Looking for something unique? Need a place to relax with complete privacy? We are happy to offer our 2nd story, 600 sqf barn studio with full bath and kitchenette tucked away on a 3 acre horse property with a large deck overlooking a pond. A true Country experience, yet just 2 mins from George Bush turnpike, 1.5 mile to DART Rail, 17 mins drive to downtown Dallas, Plano, Allen, 5 mins to Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall. You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
