Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Een gezellig en ruim appartement (40m2) met alle voorzieningen die je nodig heb. Er is een woonkamer met slaapbank, keuken, aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, badkamer met stortdouche en handdouche, wc, wasmachine en droger. Eigen privé parkeerplaats (gratis) en WiFi. 5 minuten fietsen naar de metro (Rhoon) die je binnen 20 minuten naar het centrum van Rotterdam brengt. Roken is in alle ruimtes niet toegestaan. We are located in Spijkenisse, Zuid Holland within walking distance of the citycenter ( a 5 min. walk) and public transport Our environment has a lot to offer for bicycle, hiking and motorcycle tourism. We are motorbikers ourself. But of course everybody is Welcome! You can find us between Rotterdam and the beaches and dunes of Rockanje You can relax at our spacious terrace. We will welcome you in person when this is not possible you we have a possibility for Self check-in.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The 76 m2 apartment is part of a school building. It has a private entrance and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a 50m2 living room with kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished. We provide towels, shampoo, soap. There is a smart tv, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washingmachine. Coffee are tea is available. Free parking. There is a small patio to sit and enjoy the sun. Distance to centre of Rotterdam by car or public transport: 15 minutes.

Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.
